This is one of my all time favourite Nyonya Dessert .. I remember when I was small, I used to pile on the Kaya on the Pulut Tai Tai and gulp them down ! Hahahah
Well, making this dessert certainly made me appreciate the effort it takes to make it. One will need time and patience to ensure the colour, taste and texture for both the glutinous rice and kaya comes out like how Mom used to make it back then !
Being experimental, I have decided to serve mine in an unconventional way.. CupCake Style !
