It was our 3rd tour of duty in Vietnam in 3 years .. This time, we arrived Central Vietnam on bright sunny days of June and begin our tour of 3 cities .. bustling Danang, picturesque Hoi An & the historical Hue.
1st day – Danang
Staying at the Tien Thinh Hotel (which litrally translated as Heaven Hotel) for just 1 night, we did a quick exploration of the city by foot soon as we arrived.

Danang’s Railway station — connecting the city to both Hanoi (north) and Saigon (south)
Cham Museum – one Main tourist attraction at Danang houses many artifacts from the MySon Heritage site which surprisingly consists of many HINDU influence..
Many of the sculptures remind me of what I usually see in an INDIAN temple.
Chinese influence can also be found in their rich history. We see many of the houses in Central vietnam have the Goddess of Mercy
